This agency was phenomenal. We just returned from an 11 day vacation that I planned through My Costa Rica. We stayed 3 days in Arenal, 3 days in Monteverde, and 3 days in Tamarindo. We booked tours in each location. Every hotel was amazing and they were all represented 100% accurately on the My Costa Rica website. We booked our tours and transportation through the agency. Every guide and driver was friendly, on time, and knowledgeable. The My Costa Rica staff was on call via What's App for any questions and responded immediately to inquiries. We did not have a single issue during our vacation. I will definitely return to Costa Rica and will use this agency every time.

We planned a first-time trip to Costa Rica for my family of 4 (two teens). My Costa Rica devised an itinerary that included all we wanted to see -- ocean, jungle, volcano, city, wildlife, local foods, unique adventures, etc. It all went smoothly with a different highlight every day!
This is the first travel agency I have ever used for my entire trip planning and it was my first trip to Costa Rica. Jason and Lorena were extremely helpful and even checked in with us while we were there. They planned a great trip with four tours and part time inland near Arenal and part time at the beach in Tamarindo. They were so accommodating and changed a couple tours to make the times easier to attend after a late arrival. My favorite thing about being in Costa Rica was how much each of our guides really loved their home and it was so apparent in the way they spoke about it. All of our guides were just as excited about the animals as we were! Our favorite hotel was Arenal Paraiso in La Fortuna. Our cabin was beautiful and the view was spectacular. We swam every day and enjoyed the food. Both of our tours were awesome and it never rained until the afternoon or evening when we were back, so we also got to enjoy the downpours from either the restaurant or our cabin.Our favorite trip was probably the Adventure Combo with ziplining, horseback riding, and the hot springs. The biggest reason was because our guide, Pedro, was fantastic. He was with us all the time, not rushing us, but making us comfortable and safe. He felt like a friend by the time we were back. (Our least favorite trip was the catamaran, because the snorkeling was poor, but it was still a nice trip anyway - just not our favorite because it was a party boat and we most loved the nature trips.)When we come back to CR, we want to visit the Caribbean side and hopefully have better snorkeling! Tamarindo was fun to walk around, but there were definitely too many gringos and we enjoy the less touristy places. Our best meal was at the Soda Muy Buena where we had casado and watermelon juice in Tamarindo! I highly recommend Jason and Lorena, especially if it is your first time to Costa Rica.
My Costa Rica was fantastic planing for our first time trip to Costa Rica, the it was on May 2021. My husband and I we enjoyed every day there without worries of anything. Jason and Lorena they had everything on schedule for us tours hotels etc, they are a honest company you can trust them 100%when we were there Lorena she was always given us a call checking if everything was ok.they are amazing polite and always respond to any concerns if we had. Jason has so much patiences with his customers, to help them to get the best trip ever.I would recommended My Costa Rica in the a heartbeat.
My Costa Rica was amazing to work with, from start to finish. I originally reached out via email but then also spoke to Jason by phone. I felt completely comfortable using their services for my first trip to Costa Rica, knowing very little about the country and planning a solo trip. We worked and re-worked my plans and they were perfect on paper and ended up being perfect in real life; I had a great time. I stayed in 3 different hotels over the course of 8 days and each one was terrific. The transfers (boat, car and plane) were all arranged by My Costa Rica and they went perfectly. I would absolutely refer them to friends and family.
