I enjoy shopping at the company but will never order online again from their Canadian branch or any service using UPS for delivery. They mistakenly noted that we wanted to pick up our order. My husband tried to clarify this but couldn't reach anyone. The delivery was over a week late. I received a call at 4:30 PM asking if I could pick it up from the highway. I was shocked and worried we wouldn't get our order. It was dark, and we live at least 10 minutes from the highway. I drove there, keeping my husband on the phone the whole time for safety. After he loaded the items, he asked me to sign, but I refused. I mentioned that in my 13 years here, I'd never faced such an unsafe delivery situation. It was unprofessional and frightening. I was extremely frustrated with this experience. A different item we ordered from the company using another service was delivered on time and right to our house.
