Review Time
We ordered stackable washer and dryer. Came when they said they would. Phoned to let us know exact time. Carried them in gently (big deal on hardwood floors!). Look beautiful and are better than expected. $400 discount for pair, so pricing excellent.
My ovr all experiences at Costco are as usual. Great prices,quality products, lots of people,patience getting through the store.
But today, I was shocked at check out. The cashier was polite and efficient, but the girl packing was eating cheeses and drinking a canned drink between customers and at one point forgot to pull the persons cart up so others could start filling the conveyor. Meanwhile she just kept munching away, leaving little orange finger prints behind.
I work in retail and if I was doing that at my counter they'd write me up or fire me. These people should have more respect and be more professional. I was checking out after 11:am from the Wonderland / Dingman Dr store in London On. I was in a cash lane 4 0r 5 from the door. I'm sure you have video,, you might also want to talk to who ever is in charge of those people

I've always valued the company and frequently shop there, but I will no longer order online from their Canadian branch or any service using UPS. They incorrectly noted that we wanted to pick up our order, and my husband couldn't reach anyone to clarify. The delivery was over a week late, and I received a call at 4:30 PM asking if I could pick it up from the highway. I was shocked and worried we might not receive our order. It was dark, and we live at least 10 minutes from the highway. I drove there, keeping my husband on the phone for safety. After the driver loaded the items, he asked me to sign, but I refused. I expressed that in my 13 years here, I'd never faced such an unsafe delivery situation before. It was unprofessional and frightening. I was extremely frustrated with the entire experience. The delivery service was terrible! In contrast, another item we ordered from the company was delivered on time and right to our home.

I ordered two items on December 4, 2025. One arrived on December 8, but the other, despite being in the same warehouse, shipped on December 13 after I contacted customer service. The delivery company claims they haven't received it as of December 15. The company cites 'high volume' as the reason for the delay, which seems inadequate. It appears they struggle with orders containing multiple items.
I had a tire repair appointment for 2:15, but the truck didn't go in until 3:45. An accurate estimate of the appointment time would have allowed for better decision-making about whether to keep it or go elsewhere. I've wasted 5 hours on tire issues this past month, plus two trips to make appointments because no one answers the phone. Tires ordered on November 5 arrived on November 28, but I had three appointments for promised delivery dates, all of which were a waste of time.
We purchased an extended warranty for a 65" TV, which started malfunctioning in early August 2025. We've had technicians visit three times, replacing the motherboard twice and taking the TV for repairs. Each time it worked briefly before acting up again. There's a 'No Lemon' rule requiring three failures before a replacement or refund, but it takes over a month to get parts. We're now six months without a TV. The company claims they can't do anything and insists we follow the process. Given their poor ranking, it's clear they don't care. I strongly advise against buying the extended warranty.
I ordered winter tires on November 12, and as of December 3, I still have no clear shipping information. Each time I contact customer service, I receive different updates. They initially promised delivery by December 2, but now it's pushed to December 15. A supervisor even suggested I cancel my order. This service is utterly unreliable. I do NOT recommend ordering tires from the company; it's been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.
