I ordered their 360 mirror that holds jewelry and lit up. The mirror arrived with a crack. I reached out to the company put in a request for a refund. I then had to return the item back in 3 days. I requested a pick up due to being snowed in, but item wasn’t picked up. On day 3 I was able to get the heavy item to my vehicle and attempted a return at USPS, and then UPS but unfortunately there wasn’t a box that could fit. Tried calling packing companies they too had no boxes that could fit. Six hours later as I’m sitting in my car trying to figure out a solution, I noticed an email stating that the window was closed and no refund would be issued. This email was sent while I was in the post office waiting to be served but I didn’t notice until I was sitting in my car actually not using the phone but just thinking. Will I ever order again? NOPE. Will I ever recommend this business? NOPE. The worst online shopping experience ever in my entire life.
