The patio chairs were in good condition, all parts were there for assembly. One peg on the bottom of each base were broken off, but that was no big deal. I just turned it to the front and you don't even notice it. Exactly the kind of chair I needed for my son bad back. I ordered some things cushions and they look great on my front porch. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.
I ordered their 360 mirror that holds jewelry and lit up. The mirror arrived with a crack. I reached out to the company put in a request for a refund. I then had to return the item back in 3 days. I requested a pick up due to being snowed in, but item wasn’t picked up. On day 3 I was able to get the heavy item to my vehicle and attempted a return at USPS, and then UPS but unfortunately there wasn’t a box that could fit. Tried calling packing companies they too had no boxes that could fit. Six hours later as I’m sitting in my car trying to figure out a solution, I noticed an email stating that the window was closed and no refund would be issued. This email was sent while I was in the post office waiting to be served but I didn’t notice until I was sitting in my car actually not using the phone but just thinking. Will I ever order again? NOPE. Will I ever recommend this business? NOPE. The worst online shopping experience ever in my entire life.
The toddler bed arrived promptly, especially considering I placed the order near Thanksgiving. It matched the description perfectly, and everything was included in the box. The quality is impressive, and not only is it adorable, but it also seems durable enough to last for a few years.

We've used them throughout the summer, stored them for winter, and I’m eagerly anticipating spring to bring them back out and enjoy our pool again. Absolutely a 10 out of 10. I even encountered a minor issue with one of the umbrellas, and the support team promptly sent the replacement part we needed.
I’ve been using Costway’s dropshipping program, but I’m very disappointed with their pricing policy.The prices they offer to dropshippers are often higher than the prices on their own official website, which makes it almost impossible to compete or make a reasonable profit.As a partner, I expected fair wholesale pricing and support, but instead, I found their direct retail store selling the same products at a much lower cost.This situation hurts trust and makes me reconsider working with Costway.I hope they will review their pricing strategy and treat their dropshipping partners more fairly in the future.
