WARNING FOR EU CUSTOMERS: Invalid Documents - Registration Not Possible! I am sharing this review to alert all potential buyers in Europe. I bought a vehicle with the expectation of being able to register it legally as a moped, as claimed on the platform where they advertise "certification documents".
THE TRUTH:
Registration Denied: The local registration authority rejected my application because the document provided was merely a printed copy lacking the necessary original stamp and signature.
CONFIRMED FRAUD: Upon reaching out to the authority mentioned in the document, their representative confirmed that the certification provided is a "FAKE DOCUMENT" and that the signature was forged. The seller has no current legal ties with that authority.
No Resolution: After weeks of attempting to obtain a legitimate document, the seller admitted they are unable to provide a valid certification for registration. Instead of resolving the issue, they offered a small compensation for a vehicle I cannot use legally on public roads.
Avoid purchasing this bike if you intend to register it in the EU. You will receive invalid documents and a vehicle that cannot be legally operated.
