I bought a product during what was supposed to be a promotional offer that included a free extra part. However, when my order arrived, the extra part was not included. Upon reaching out to the seller, they denied the existence of such a promotion, despite my having clear evidence. Before making the purchase, I contacted the seller several times to confirm that the product would come with all necessary documentation for legal registration in Europe, particularly the Certificate of Conformity (COC). I was consistently assured that all required documents would be included. When the item arrived, there was no documentation at all. After filing a complaint, they sent me a PDF file, which is not acceptable. The authorities for vehicle registration in Portugal specifically require an original document with a physical signature, rather than a digital copy. I reached out to the seller again to request the original documentation, and they clearly stated that they do not provide original documents. As a result, it is impossible to legally register the product in Portugal and likely in other EU countries. To avoid potential legal issues and misleading practices, I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. Overall, a very frustrating experience, filled with misleading information and inadequate after-sales support.
