The product quality is satisfactory, but the customer service experience was quite disappointing. I placed my order at the beginning of August and didn’t receive it until mid-December, despite being promised delivery within four weeks. I reached out for updates, as I didn’t receive any proactive communication from them. I was informed that my shipment had missed the overseas transport. I had to accept this and request a new delivery date, which was estimated at 4-5 weeks, with a promise of priority handling. Four weeks later, I called for another update and learned that my shipment had been missed again, but it would be prioritized on the next shipment scheduled in four weeks. To sum it up, although there were weather-related delays of two weeks, I ended up waiting 18 weeks for a delivery that was initially promised in four.
