I reached out for updates, as I didn’t receive any proactive communication from them. I was informed that my shipment had missed the overseas transport. I had to accept this and request a new delivery date, which was estimated at 4-5 weeks, with a promise of priority handling. Four weeks later, I called for another update and learned that my shipment had been missed again, but it would be prioritized on the next shipment scheduled in four weeks. To sum it up, although there were weather-related delays of two weeks, I ended up waiting 18 weeks for a delivery that was initially promised in four.

Despite delays caused by severe weather, I received timely updates about my order. Everything was delivered in good condition and ready for assembly. Unfortunately, some washers were missing, but they arrived via express post just two days later. I am thrilled with my new pergola and blinds, which I couldn't have afforded without the great deals offered by the service.

The construction is very robust. The installation guide was clear and easy to follow. However, the wall attachment provided did not suit our brick wall, requiring minor modifications to the brackets. All other steps were simple, though attaching the final pieces for the louvers was a bit challenging. The ten self-drilling screws for the two sides were inadequate, as they need to penetrate two layers of aluminum. Pre-drilling is necessary to avoid stripping the screw heads.
The customer service was outstanding; I was kept informed about the status of my order. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my purchase due to the sale of my property, but the refund was processed on the same day. I would not hesitate to recommend or use this service again.

It would be beneficial to have written instructions alongside pictures for those who may not be as technically inclined, especially regarding wiring for lighting. The only drawback was the delay in overseas delivery; however, once it arrived in the country, local delivery was swift. We're looking forward to many enjoyable gatherings under our new pergola.
