The delivery arrived incomplete, lacking the necessary parts to assemble the item. We had to wait for them to reach out to the supplier for replacements. They refused to provide a new complete item. We reported this on November 6th and are still waiting for the parts. This unacceptable delay shows the company’s lack of concern for customer service. I would recommend exploring other suppliers.
