I ordered a trademarked toy, "Don't Rock the Boat" (Qty = 9), as clearly indicated in my order. However, they sent a substitute: "Pirate Boat Balancing Game" instead. The seller did not inform me about this change and did not seek my approval for the swap.
The delivery arrived incomplete, lacking the necessary parts to assemble the item. We had to wait for them to reach out to the supplier for replacements. They refused to provide a new complete item. We reported this on November 6th and are still waiting for the parts. This unacceptable delay shows the company’s lack of concern for customer service. I would recommend exploring other suppliers.
I placed an order in good faith, but items have not arrived for weeks or even months. They do not inform you if items are out of stock when ordering. If you need items within three months, do not order from them. We are a small business that spent over £3000 and are still waiting for more than half of our order. The reputation of the educational provider has suffered due to their association with the seller. This is unacceptable; our children deserve better!
We placed an order with a clear delivery date of September 1st, 2025. The order arrived at the wrong address and before the agreed date while we were closed. The company did not take responsibility for their delivery mistakes. After notifying them and requesting a refund on September 2nd, we faced weeks of miscommunication and shifting explanations. At times, it felt like we were being accused of dishonesty despite providing evidence of non-receipt. A refund was confirmed but never processed. Our attempts to resolve the situation have been met with frustration. As of mid-September, this issue remains unresolved, and we cannot recommend them based on this experience.
UPDATE - It has been over two weeks since I reached out regarding my order, and I have not received any acknowledgment or resolution. This aligns with their poor customer service. If I could give negative stars, I would. The company has lost a long-time customer due to their inadequate service and outdated delivery system. We have spent a significant amount over the years, yet the treatment following a recent failed delivery has been disgraceful. The delivery options offered were inflexible, leading to complications. The customer service response was shockingly poor and showed no regard for our longstanding relationship. Other suppliers provide better delivery options and customer care. We will not be ordering from them again.
This is my second negative review for the company. We have been invoiced for items not yet received and had to follow up multiple times. This time, we ordered four items totaling £478.60. While the estimated delivery charge was £5.95, only one item has been sent, and a £45 dispatch charge was added. I emailed to inquire about this but have received no response after a week. I am actively discouraging others from using this company.
