We placed an order with a clear delivery date of September 1st, 2025. The order arrived at the wrong address and before the agreed date while we were closed. The company did not take responsibility for their delivery mistakes. After notifying them and requesting a refund on September 2nd, we faced weeks of miscommunication and shifting explanations. At times, it felt like we were being accused of dishonesty despite providing evidence of non-receipt. A refund was confirmed but never processed. Our attempts to resolve the situation have been met with frustration. As of mid-September, this issue remains unresolved, and we cannot recommend them based on this experience.
