UPDATE - It has been over two weeks since I reached out regarding my order, and I have not received any acknowledgment or resolution. This aligns with their poor customer service. If I could give negative stars, I would. The company has lost a long-time customer due to their inadequate service and outdated delivery system. We have spent a significant amount over the years, yet the treatment following a recent failed delivery has been disgraceful. The delivery options offered were inflexible, leading to complications. The customer service response was shockingly poor and showed no regard for our longstanding relationship. Other suppliers provide better delivery options and customer care. We will not be ordering from them again.
