I placed an order in early November 2024. It included a resin letter 'D', a Christmas decoration & a couple of other items. The order appeared to get 'lost' in Manchester and did not move at all. I got in touch with customer support and they did reply promptly asking me to wait a few more days. Waited a week & got in touch again. Cosyfest agreed it had got stuck and would resend the order & wait a few more days... I received it in January to late for Christmas!!!The resin letter was awful, dull, damaged flowers placed haphazardly in rough damaged resin, they looked dreadful, nothing like what was advertised. The Christmas decoration was a mess. The other 2 items are ok.Again I got in touch with customer service who eventually issued a compensation payment of £4 which was not what I had requested, I wanted a refund. They raised the offer to £6 which I felt I had no choice but to accept. For a full refund I was told I had to return the defective products at my own expense to China. I will never order from this company again & do not recommend it all.
