Absolutely dreadful, lying company. Ordered mid October. Tracking said goods in UK end Oct and at Manchester depot 11th Nov. No new info on tracking so I contacted them early December as the order was Christmas gifts. Was told to be patient order on its way. Next time I contacted them I was told they'd resend order. Then I asked for a refund as it was so close to Christmas. Was told to be patient again! I said if goods didnt arrive by Christmas I'd open a PayPal dispute. Goods didnt arrive. Eventually during the PayPal dispute they provided a new tracking number which didn't work! When I checked again near to the time limit for the PayPal dispute, hey presto the tracking link was working. I then received a package the following day and PayPal contacted me to say no refund as tracking showed order delivered. But, only half my goods were in the order!! I've emailed another 3 times with photographs of what I received and have been completely ignored, obviously now paypal aren't taking action they're not even pretending to be decent.
Absolutely disgusting company and I sincerely wish I'd checked out these reviews prior to ordering. Do not have anything to do with these crooks.
Ordered through Facebook. Overcharged on credit card but was refunded the difference a couple of days later after I complained. Received tracking info every 3 days saying item was coming from America but still not arrived after a month. Claimed CHARGEBACK through credit card company.
They are a scam company. They supply sub standard goods, they will not provide full refunds but they will only offer a small amount for a refund. In my case I supplied photos, they agreed they are not fit for purpose, but dont want to give a refund.DO NOT TOUCH THEM
Paid for a Yarn advent calendar expecting small skein merino sock yarn as advertised and they sent cheap double knit acrylic wool...poor quality product.So I paid £27 for a few pounds worth of crap wool!!!!They NEVER responded to emails of Fb messages.DO NOT RECOMMEND them.
I placed an order in early November 2024. It included a resin letter 'D', a Christmas decoration & a couple of other items. The order appeared to get 'lost' in Manchester and did not move at all. I got in touch with customer support and they did reply promptly asking me to wait a few more days. Waited a week & got in touch again. Cosyfest agreed it had got stuck and would resend the order & wait a few more days... I received it in January to late for Christmas!!!The resin letter was awful, dull, damaged flowers placed haphazardly in rough damaged resin, they looked dreadful, nothing like what was advertised. The Christmas decoration was a mess. The other 2 items are ok.Again I got in touch with customer service who eventually issued a compensation payment of £4 which was not what I had requested, I wanted a refund. They raised the offer to £6 which I felt I had no choice but to accept. For a full refund I was told I had to return the defective products at my own expense to China. I will never order from this company again & do not recommend it all.
If I could give zero i would. Package took over one month to arrive, so wasn't in time for Christmas. It is faulty, doesn't work and I am now on my 15th email asking for a refund. I was offered £3, when I complained I got offered £5. When I refused these I was offered the chance to send it back to China, I stated I didn't think that was sensible. Again offered £5. I have refused as I spent £20. Have repeatedly asked for my money back, keep being fobbed off. Total scammers, do not buy from them.
Absolute shame ! Ordered half a dozen resin initials in November and they have not been received - tracking still says Manchester. After sale are generically replying saying order in transit so cannot refund me. They also took over £15 more than they should have. I have asked for a refund on both my order and the overpayment but I have not yet received this (now January . Anyone experiencing this must remember to claim 'chargeback' through their bank. This company should be struck off
