I ordered a set of sheets a year ago. Due to the number of other sheet sets I own, this set has only been washed about 5 times since I am not home for 4 months each year.The sheets were completely pilled after the most recent wash. I wrote to the company and they asked for pictures. These were sent showing very clearly the issue.Then , I got an e-mail asking me 1) the temperature of the water2) the temperature of heat of the dryerDo they really think that after 53 years of marriage I don't know how to wash sheets???They offered no refund but a 20% coupon for a future order.I would NEVER order from them again and will tell anyone looking for new sheets not to order from Cosy House.
