I purchased a white kingsize Bamboo Sheet Set and a set of white Luxury Bamboo Pillowcases. Unfortunately my wife did not want plain bedding but something with a pattern. (should've known better).I contacted customer services about returning the items and got a reply almost straight away from Alex.Not only did they give me a refund but told me to donate the bedding to a charity rather than returning them......Amazing, Well done CosyHouse
