I recently bought two pairs of shoes from Cosy Island. It was my first time ordering so I didn’t know what to expect but they are beautiful and comfortable. I did have a small issue with one of the pair on the fit but I can honestly say their Customer Service is top notch. Zoey helped me through the process and fully resolved my issue. I highly recommend this company.
Ordered a couple pair of women’s heels and a Cosy Island bag! Great quality and exceeded my expectation! Decided to return one pair because the toe on shoe was too pointed for me. Yuna and Clyde worked with me and offered to send me a replacement pair any style plus told me to keep the pair I asked about returning. Highly recommend!!!
I ordered three pairs of shoes. Unfortunately they did not fit. However the customer support representative Lola helped me to get an exchange for a new size. She was prompt and explained the whole process clearly for me.
I found cosy island a few years ago when I was having trouble finding comfortable shoes.I have since bought many pairs and have spread the word to my friends which are all fans now.The customer service is 5 star at cosyisland.I had an issue with a size and they sent out a replacement right away and told me I could donate the other pair.This is a wonderful way to satisfy your customer.I will continue to spread the word of how wonderful your shoes are as well as your customer service.

I will continue to be a customer to Cosy Island. I have bought several pairs of boots as well as heels. They are comfortable, and I get compliments all the time! I recently had an issue with a pair of shoes I bought and needed the issue fixed ASAP before vacation, their customer service rep representative Zoey completely fixed my problem without hesitation. I was very grateful!
Ivan was so helpful and accommodating! I ordered a pair of Cosy island heels and for whatever reason that style fit much too small on n my size. He allowed me to pick out another pair and shipped them immediately without requiring me to return the other pair. That's great customer service!! Ivan was wonderful. 10/10 highly recommend this shoe brand and their customer support is excellent.
I ordered a pair of shoes that turned out to be too high for me and little too small. Yuna in the customer service team was very prompt with a response and a solution, and a replacement pair was ordered very quickly. Very efficient service!
This is my first order from Cosyisland. The size is smaller than the normal fit, so I contacted customer service. Yuna is so helpful and responded promptly. I got a replacement right away.
My knees have prevented me from enjoying heels over the last few years but I now have over 10 pairs of Cosyisland. And have literally walked a mile in a pair. I have been beyond impressed with the design, quality, and comfort. Customer service has been equally impressive. This is my go to brand to complete styling for work, date night, girls night, and errand running!
