Review Time
I have ordered multiple figures from GK Figure over the years. But haven’t ordered anything in 2025 as I am still waiting for multiple orders from 2024 & 2023 to arrive.Their feedback is slow and lacking when asking for updates. Overall, would like to get the products I see on their site. But am questioning if I will ever get them, or what options I have going forward.
I recently received my Ulquiorra figure and couldn’t be happier! He’s genuinely flawless. There was a small piece that wasn’t supposed to come off that did, but I think that’s because it got caught on the foam packaging when I was taking it out. So that was my own error I am pretty sure, nothing a little glue couldn’t fix. Aside from that, he was so easy to put together too. I didn’t have to manhandle him just to piece him together like you do with other figures from elsewhere. Definitely would consider getting more figures from here in the future!!
Respond to all my emails in a timely manner, helping me through this process of buying a figure they explain in good detail the questions I had problems with, and by the end of it I was pleasantly surprised with the amount I had to pay remaining. It wasn’t too much, but it also had the protection on my figure. Overall, maybe I wouldn’t pre-order I’d probably buy it fully that way I wouldn’t have to worry about the questions I had previously, but I would buy from them again.
I had a great experience with GK figure despite what a lot of other reviews say. I ordered my figure on 5/16/25, received my shipping invoice on 5/22/25, item shipped on 6/2/25, and I received it on 7/7/25. The box my figure came in had a few dings on the corners, but the figure itself came in perfect condition.Yes, it is a long process, but this has been my experience with literally any other overseas figure sites I've ordered from. And yes, their customer service does actually respond (I sent an inquiry through their website). Pricing is decently competitive compared to other sites selling the same figures as well. I would order again since this is one of the few places that sells specialty figures that can be harder to find elsewhere.
