I bought a rain jacket and used it lightly. After a few months, it developed a straight tear along the seam. This is clearly a structural issue, not accidental damage. I submitted a warranty claim with photos and received an auto-confirmation, but no response for over a week. When I finally heard back, the only solution was a small adhesive patch, which is not suitable for a seam failure. I explained this but received no further reply. They only contacted me after I posted a review online, and my feedback on their site was never published, raising concerns about filtering negative reviews. In the end, the jacket is unwearable, the warranty was denied as “accidental damage,” and I was told to pay for repairs elsewhere. This experience has been disappointing and does not reflect the values or warranty promises of the brand. I hope they improve their customer service and warranty process, as I cannot recommend them based on this experience.
