Review Time
I ordered a backpack. They were never delivered to me and from the moment I recieved a 'delivered' email; I emailed them and asked clarification to see to whom it was delivered. Company ghosted me for over a month until I started escalation with my payment provider. Then they provided a forged signature, as an evidence and claimed that it was delivered to me in person while i wasn't at home. Over 2.5 months they on the paper did an investigation, asking me to submit multiple papers saying i didn't receive the products. While informing me that they are conducting an investigation, submitted claims to my payment provider saying investigation was resolved. Such a dishonest company. I have been battling with them over 3 months, no bags, paid hundreds of euros. AVOID IF IT IS A PLAGUE
I bought a rain jacket in April and used it sparingly. After a few months, a long, straight tear appeared on the bottom back panel, right along the lamination/seam line. This kind of damage indicates a structural or bonding problem with the material. I submitted a warranty claim with clear photos and got an automatic confirmation, but no response for over a week. When I finally heard back, the only solution offered was a small adhesive ‘gear patch’ (essentially a sticker), which is not a suitable fix for a complete seam/lamination failure. I followed up to clarify that the patch wouldn’t resolve the structural issue, but received no further communication. The company only reached out after I posted an honest review on another platform. Even then, my review on the company’s own site was never published, which raises concerns about how many negative reviews might be filtered out. Ultimately, the jacket is unwearable, my warranty claim was denied as ‘accidental damage,’ and I was told to pay for third-party repairs. This experience has been disappointing and contradicts the brand’s stated values and warranty commitments. I have many other outdoor products and have never encountered a warranty issue handled this poorly. I hope the company can enhance the consistency and transparency of their customer service and warranty process. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the brand.
I purchased two travel bags as Christmas gifts during a sale. I love the design, but one of the zippers is very difficult to operate. Given the $300 price, I'm quite disappointed. I've reached out four times about this issue but have received no response. I've double-checked the email address to ensure it's correct. Be cautious, as customer service seems non-existent for faulty items.

Not satisfactory. I paid for express delivery, but there was no sign of dispatch, so I followed up. My order was reissued but then canceled because the item was out of stock. I was told to expect a refund in a few days. Overall, this experience has been poor, and I've lost a potential returning customer.
The product I received was defective. When I reached out to customer service, they shifted the blame to the seller and stopped responding. Given the high price, the quality is disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend it. It seems like the customer service team is trained to push customers away.

Unsatisfactory company. Be aware that you may not receive the item in your chosen color despite the high price. I lost money returning an item and emailed twice regarding a color discrepancy, but received no response. Don’t waste your time contacting them, as they won’t reply.
The company does not support its products. They acknowledged a fault, but customer service was unhelpful. As a UK resident with a product purchased in the USA, I found the experience frustrating. The issue remains unresolved, despite their admission of fault.
