Having ordered two bedside tables, one of them arrived damaged. Cotswold arranged a replacement immediately and it was delivered within a week. The two delivery guys, Bernard and Aro, were extremely helpful and unpacked the replacement so that I could check it was ok (it was), taking all the packaging away with them. Faultless service all round.
