Faultless Service on Replacing Damaged Item

Having ordered two bedside tables, one of them arrived damaged. Cotswold arranged a replacement immediately and it was delivered within a week. The two delivery guys, Bernard and Aro, were extremely helpful and unpacked the replacement so that I could check it was ok (it was), taking all the packaging away with them. Faultless service all round.

Excellent all round service starting with Kate (Knutsford store) who did not leave a stone unturned in helping us select a new lounge suite and secured a prompt delivery to Anthony and Matthew who delivered the two sofas with great courtesy, carrying, handling, unpacking with utmost care and respect to our property.
