I was granted ECO4 funding in April 2024, and this company was supposed to supply and install the necessary equipment. Eighteen months later, I still have nothing, and my emails for updates have gone unanswered. I haven't heard from anyone since July. This situation is unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
