The installation of my heat pump was smooth and went well, but we have been dealing with a hot water issue for the past five weeks! The customer service from the company that acquired the original service has been disappointing; they can't provide any updates on when an engineer will come to resolve the issue. It feels like there's a disconnect between the two companies, and I often get quicker responses by reaching out to the engineers directly rather than calling customer service.

I've sent over 35 emails and made several phone calls trying to get my handover documents for the heat pump installed last year. A few weeks ago, I was assured they would be sent that day, but I'm still waiting. There has been absolutely no response to any of my inquiries. After sending more than 50 emails, I'm at a loss for what to do next.
We received excellent service during the initial installation of our heat pump four years ago and again during servicing two years ago. However, my recent attempts to schedule a service through their managed phone service have gone unanswered despite multiple calls. I hope this is just a temporary issue and that their customer service improves soon.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
I just had an ASHP system installed from scratch. The team did an outstanding job, minimizing disruption even while removing carpets and floorboards. I can't praise them highly enough for their efforts, and they even left a bit of artwork behind as a memento. The only downside was a disconnected filling loop, but I easily reconnected it afterward. Highly recommended.

We recently had loft insulation, solar panels, and storage heaters installed. The worker responsible for the loft insulation was very polite and kept everything clean. The team that installed the solar panels was professional and hardworking. The installers of the storage heaters went above and beyond to resolve any issues that arose. I would like to extend my gratitude to everyone involved.
