Really disappointing experience.
I was given a confirmed delivery date for my quad wardrobe with a time slot between 9am–12pm, so I took a day’s annual leave to be in. The delivery never arrived.
I contacted customer services and was told I’d receive an update within 24 hours and over a week later, I’m still waiting with no clear answer on where my order is or when it will arrive.
Having already paid in full for the item, the lack of communication and failure to meet even basic expectations is incredibly frustrating. Taking time off work for a delivery that doesn’t show up is not a small inconvenience.
At this point, I just want a clear update and for this to be resolved, but the overall experience has been very poor.
