Big thanks to Charlie and Kain from Cotswold Home Delivery for putting together our bedroom furniture. They were efficient, professional and polite.
Cotswold Co. should be proud to have them as representatives. No thanks to BJS who originally delivered the furniture and declined to take responsibility for putting it into the bedroom as contracted. So two 70+ year olds carried it into position. It took 10 minutes as we were especially careful. It was our third delivery handled by BJS and they are not in the same league as CHD.
New Dining Table and Chairs. From the start; There’s a feeling of reliability about the company and the products it offers, given we have used them before. Easy to find the range of tables and chairs, easy to narrow down options and specifications, easy to place the order, and understand delivery timescales, and the chaps that delivered with care and consideration (Ian and Adam), were polite, and helpful, giving us some FYI’s regarding table assembly, which went exactly to plan. Thank you, for the end to end, ‘total solution’. We do not feel underwhelmed or oversold.
I ordered a nest of tables which were currently out of stock, but did so knowing I could be waiting 3 months to receive the item. I was comfortable ordering knowing this. I was then informed that they had gone out of stock, and that they could not fulfil the order. I then received an email saying they could fulfil the order. I was then again informed that they could not fulfil the order and that they would price match a similar item. I was then charged a further £30 randomly which I had to ring up to get back. I was happy to wait for the original order, and despite the people on the phones being really helpful, the whole transactional process was a bit messy and involved me emailing numerous times, and ringing up 3 times as well. However, the product is good and as previously mentioned the help I received on the phone was too.
Looked after by Jo Hackney. Very sympathetic and attentive service. Came up with exactly what we wanted. Loved the total set up which gave us a lot of food for thought. Prices all within a good range for the products we needed. Thanks
We took delivery of a number of items on a rainy day and were very happy with the service provided by Morgan, Kain, Adam and Matty who all ensured that they didn’t walk through our property in wet shoes. There was one item that had to be returned as consequence of it being faulty, nonetheless, our overall experience of this company and the quality of both its service and its goods remains extremely favourable!

The delivery service provided by Joey and Sylvester was excellent. Really friendly, considerate and helpful guys. They put together my wardrobe very efficiently and made sure that any discarded items were taken with them.
Such a great Team at The Cotswold Company, Braintree. Rob, Mark & Darren could not have been more helpful. Bought two beautiful light fittings and will be back to try to source bedroom furniture from the ever changing stock later in the year.
Bedside cabinets supplied with handles and screws that don’t fit. Requested new ones that fit. They can’t do this as they’re currently moving warehouse. I was promised they’d be delivered in two weeks. 5 weeks later still nothing. Waste of time company.
