I ordered a nest of tables which were currently out of stock, but did so knowing I could be waiting 3 months to receive the item. I was comfortable ordering knowing this. I was then informed that they had gone out of stock, and that they could not fulfil the order. I then received an email saying they could fulfil the order. I was then again informed that they could not fulfil the order and that they would price match a similar item. I was then charged a further £30 randomly which I had to ring up to get back. I was happy to wait for the original order, and despite the people on the phones being really helpful, the whole transactional process was a bit messy and involved me emailing numerous times, and ringing up 3 times as well. However, the product is good and as previously mentioned the help I received on the phone was too.
