Lovely flour, ordered a range of 5 of the more difficult ones to get hold of in the supermarket and so far haven't been disappointed. All the flours are creating tasty gorgeous loaves of bread.The order itself was packaged very well and dispatched quickly. I'll certainly be ordering from them again.It's very much a toss up between the Ancient Cotswold Crunch or the Eight Grain flour as to my favourite. Both have fantastic flavour and bake nicely. I have about 7 different Matthews bread flours at the moment and haven't been disappointed in any of them. A big variety with plenty of blends including ancient grains which are always a favourite.
