I purchased a vehicle from a dealership in January 2025. It was reliable until October when it developed a fault, leaving me stranded multiple times. When I attempted to drive, the car would unexpectedly shift back into park, despite the doors being closed. The service center had the car in three times, claiming there was no issue and refusing to honor the warranty. They stated that without fault codes, there was nothing they could do, even though I have evidence of the problem. Despite providing video proof, they have been unhelpful and offered me significantly less than I paid, even trying to sell me another vehicle. I feel let down and upset by this entire situation. They're friendly during the sale, but once issues arise, they seem disinterested. I've filed a case with the ombudsman.
