just nowNEWSHOCKING AFTERCARE! Would not buy from BMW Cheltenham again. Bought a used car from here a few weeks back to the value of over £29k. After finding time to give the car a good clean a couple of weeks later the problems start to appear. It appears that at some point the car has had damage to the front bumper involvinga dodgy respray! Leaving areas of no top coat along with flaking paint. BMW Cheltenham have assured me that the car is up to "their" standard for used cars and will not accept any responsibility to rectify the issue other than to offer £80 towards myself having it fixed at home.. 25 emails later, numerous phone calls and photos/videos on WhatsApp and still no further forward. I've also found other damage to the car that I have spoken to them about and they simply don't want to know.Unsure what to do next, though wanted to share my experience with other potential buyers so that they can have an understanding of that they can potentially expect.
