I purchased a vehicle from a dealer in January 2025. It functioned perfectly until October when it started to develop issues, leaving me stranded on several occasions. When I tried to drive, the car would unexpectedly shift back into park despite the doors being closed. The service department had the vehicle in three times but claimed there was nothing wrong and refused to take it back under warranty. They insisted that without fault codes, there was nothing they could do, despite my evidence of the issue. Even with video proof of the malfunction, they have not offered any assistance and have attempted to offer me 7k less than my purchase price while trying to sell me another vehicle! The main office is saying the same thing. I feel incredibly let down and frustrated by this entire situation. They are very accommodating when selling a car, but once problems arise, they seem disinterested! I have filed a complaint with the ombudsman.
