I previously left a review about this company and rated it 1 star due to a lack of customer service response. However, after a week, I finally received a reply from customer care. Though I used various methods to reach out, the responses were repetitive until Sherlyn stepped in. She provided daily updates and eventually resolved my issue, somewhat. I’m curious if their support is actually based in Australia instead of the UK? While I would rate the company 1 star, Sherlyn definitely deserves 5 stars. I noticed the website still hasn’t updated the item I had an issue with.
