I purchased a pair of 7/8 tights in black about a month ago. This time, the fabric feels incredibly thin. After wearing them for only about half an hour, I noticed the stitching starting to unravel. I used to really enjoy these leggings and have several pairs, but this experience has been quite disappointing. The quality needs to be consistent; they seem to be of inferior quality now.
I had a very unfortunate experience at the store in Rotorua. One of the staff members was incredibly rude, raised their voice, and even resorted to using offensive language. Such behavior is utterly unacceptable from any retail employee. Due to this incident, I cannot recommend visiting this location. I sincerely hope the management addresses this issue and enhances the customer service.

I previously left a review about this company and rated it 1 star due to a lack of customer service response. However, after a week, I finally received a reply from customer care. Though I used various methods to reach out, the responses were repetitive until Sherlyn stepped in. She provided daily updates and eventually resolved my issue, somewhat. I’m curious if their support is actually based in Australia instead of the UK? While I would rate the company 1 star, Sherlyn definitely deserves 5 stars. I noticed the website still hasn’t updated the item I had an issue with.
I received £300 worth of clothes for my daughter and need to return £179 worth because they don’t fit. The return process is very complicated; it keeps showing an incorrect address for returns. It instructs me to input my address, but it defaults to a warehouse address. I just want to ask a simple question. Is that standard procedure? I cannot change it. Phone calls drop after 20 minutes, and they leave you hanging, then inform you that their lines are disabled. They’re not responding to chat, which is no longer live, and emails remain unanswered. The only alternative is a 2-hour trip to a store. I will not order from this company again. They clearly do not want to assist customers.
Returns and refunds are not feasible here — the site glitches during the initial step of the returns process across all browsers! I attempted to contact them... I called and was on hold for 10 minutes before the call dropped. The online chat is unresponsive, promising a reply by 'message' (whatever that means). An automated email was sent... but I'm just waiting for a real follow-up before I finalize my full review. Who knows, it might turn out okay.
I had a horrible experience. I ordered a product online, expecting timely delivery (paid £4 for shipping), but my package was lost or misplaced. There’s no way to claim back my shipping cost or the item cost. This has been the worst online service I've experienced. Please be cautious when shopping online.
The clothing quality is terrible. The company name is misleading. The garments don’t even contain cotton and are made of a stretchy spandex-like material that smells like plastic. The pricing misleads you into thinking the quality would be good, but other retailers offer better quality and use more cotton. The clothing did not match the advertisement, and attempting to return it was a nightmare. I entered my order number, but it showed the wrong address and wouldn’t let me change it. I've been on hold with customer service for 15 minutes. Avoid buying!
