It instructs me to input my address, but it defaults to a warehouse address. I just want to ask a simple question. Is that standard procedure? I cannot change it. Phone calls drop after 20 minutes, and they leave you hanging, then inform you that their lines are disabled. They’re not responding to chat, which is no longer live, and emails remain unanswered. The only alternative is a 2-hour trip to a store. I will not order from this company again. They clearly do not want to assist customers.
