I sent back an item and never received any acknowledgement of it or a refund. I paid through a third party who demanded payment as Cotton On had not acknowledged the return. I chased customer service so many times, but each time received no help and my case was immediately closed each time (this happened three times). I will never order anything from this company again and I would advise you to do the same! Absolutely non-existent customer service and I have been robbed of £30.00
