Their response : your order did not go through, despite the fact I have a confirmation email stating it went through and 420 HKD debited from my account. My bank confirms the transaction was completed. Now - Continuous back and forth with their customer service team who are stating they did not receive my money. Coupled with a bunch of stupid LLM - generated messages that contradict what the human staff is saying. So frustrating
