This review follows my decision to exchange the first mattress I bought. The initial non-organic wool mattress had an overpowering odor that wouldn't go away. My daughter's room and her belongings smelled like sheep. After a month, the odor persisted, leading me to seek confirmation from others who agreed. I decided to exchange it since I had opened it, following the company's suggestion that the smell would fade. The only odor-free option was synthetic, which was not what I initially wanted, so I opted for an upgraded organic wool mattress instead. While it's slightly better, it still has a smell. Overall, I wouldn’t choose this company again. I believe there's a significant difference between untreated wool and bleached wool. A sample from another company had no odor. Unfortunately, I could only exchange and not get a refund. I wish it had been clearer that the odor wouldn’t dissipate over time.
