Fantastic products and a supportive team. We purchased a double-sized mattress for our toddler's new floor bed. It arrived incredibly quickly. It feels comfortable and soft (but not excessively so). Additionally, it's reassuring to know that it's free from chemicals and crafted from natural materials. We're planning to buy a mattress for the adults next.

My son gifted me a new mattress last year. As a vegan family, I sought a chemical-free option and chose the 'vegan choice.' After a year of wonderful sleep, I still appreciate the comfort each time I lie down! Highly recommend!
TRULY THE BEST. Made in the UK with local materials. No harmful fire retardants or additives. It brings peace of mind and, most importantly, excellent sleeping comfort. I now own four mattresses and protectors and recommend them to others. It's a pleasure to speak with the dedicated staff on the phone.
This review follows my decision to exchange the first mattress I bought. The initial non-organic wool mattress had an overpowering odor that wouldn't go away. My daughter's room and her belongings smelled like sheep. After a month, the odor persisted, leading me to seek confirmation from others who agreed. I decided to exchange it since I had opened it, following the company's suggestion that the smell would fade. The only odor-free option was synthetic, which was not what I initially wanted, so I opted for an upgraded organic wool mattress instead. While it's slightly better, it still has a smell. Overall, I wouldn’t choose this company again. I believe there's a significant difference between untreated wool and bleached wool. A sample from another company had no odor. Unfortunately, I could only exchange and not get a refund. I wish it had been clearer that the odor wouldn’t dissipate over time.

The mattress is incredibly comfortable, and knowing it's made from natural, chemical-free materials gives me peace of mind. I've never slept better. This has been one of my best purchases, and I will definitely return for more in the future. Highly recommend!
