When I read the previous reviews I’m unsure if this is the profile of the company I really want to recommend and give very good reviews. My review is for Coty Consumer Affairs, so if this is the wrong profile, my apologies in advance.I bought a Gucci perfume in Germany. Unfortunately the spray head was defect. I contacted Douglas (the shop where I bought the product), but because I didn’t have the receipt, but only my bank statement (I never got a receipt) they would help me. I then contacted Gucci customer service, but because we have no Gucci own outlets in my country, they referred me to Coty. I thought, “Oh my” so much work for this matter and I never heard about them before, so I was sceptical. I filed my case through the contact form and added what I had - honestly expecting to never hear anything back ever. But a couple of hours later I recevied a confirmation that they received my case and that they would get back to me. Very polite and friendly. A couple of days later I reply to the email saying “thank you” and asking how long time I should expect to wait until the nave investigated my case. I immediately get and email back apologising and offering me my money back. One day mater they were in my PayPal account. Such a great service and super friendly staff.
