My daughter bought Rimmel Lash Accelarator Endless for her friend. When the friend opened it (it was sealed) not only was there no applicator but there was no product at all totally empty container. I wrote to Coty who own Rimmel and they were like oh dear send pictures and receipt. They offered to pay for the receipt amount which fair enough but there was no - oh I'm sorry that you were at an inconvenience so along with a refund please accept... I'm sure they could have supplied samples or even the product itself. I said I've now got to go back get another etc its not good enough that I bought a sealed item and now I'm inconvenienced? They didn't care big corporate companies do not care about the small people yet its the small people that made they good. A small company would try to keep you happy. I will not be buying Coty products again.
