Communication was poor. I was told my order that I made on August 5 would ship the next day and would be “expedited “. It didn’t arrive till two weeks later . Then the zippers on the arm pillows for the navy couch and the coffee couch were so cheaply made that they broke immediately. Management followed up on my experience, so I sent photos of the covers on August 25. They ( Robert ? Alex? I don’t know who was in charge). They expressed concern and wrote that would resolve the issues , but I’ve heard nothing. Meanwhile, I’d like immediate resolution or a refund for the four arm cushion covers , which are unsatisfactory. It appears that Couchskins reputation is not important to the company.
