It will be a miracle if we ever see the well-advertised Couch Skins that have been stuck in shipping. We were so excited about receiving the cushion covers after paying for them with our hard-earned money. Unfortunately, it appears we have been scammed along with a host of other people. Though their website claims 5 stars, it couldn't be farther from the truth. If there was a negative star rating, they would receive it. Falsely advertised as waterproof!

I bought waterproof couch skins because my 13 year old yorkie sometimes “leaks.” On day 1 of using the couch skins, this happened and the wetness went right through to the couch cushion.I asked for the information to get a refund and was told I would have to pay for the return postage. The product was falsely advertised as waterproof, so I not sure why I have to pay for any part of the return. And, I have yet to receive the information I need to return the product.

The covers fit well & the color matches…

The covers fit well & the color matches perfectly. However I am waiting for a reply about fitting an irregularly shaped sofa back. I’ve sent 2 messages through the website chat with no reply. I want to purchase more covers if they will fit. Customer service should be better.

Communication was poor

Communication was poor. I was told my order that I made on August 5 would ship the next day and would be “expedited “. It didn’t arrive till two weeks later . Then the zippers on the arm pillows for the navy couch and the coffee couch were so cheaply made that they broke immediately. Management followed up on my experience, so I sent photos of the covers on August 25. They ( Robert ? Alex? I don’t know who was in charge). They expressed concern and wrote that would resolve the issues , but I’ve heard nothing. Meanwhile, I’d like immediate resolution or a refund for the four arm cushion covers , which are unsatisfactory. It appears that Couchskins reputation is not important to the company.
