I wish I could rate this lower than one star. I was charged €56 for account verification without being fully aware of the cost beforehand. The company refers to this as a 'contribution,' but it feels more like a required payment that is misleadingly presented. When I requested a refund, they refused. I'm closing my account. This experience has been very disappointing and unethical.
