Whatever they use to cash you out on their website is slightly defective. Last time I ordered from them I lived in a different state than I do currently. I added the product to bag and as soon as I hit “checkout” I was not taken to a page that reviews shipping address or payment method, but immediately to a page that said “thank you for your order!”. I didn’t even know what card they used to charge me. As such my order went through for the incorrect address. I emailed them right away. They got back to me FIVE days later, saying they’ll try to fix it. Update: they never fixed it and I got an alert that USPS returned to sender. So it’s been about a week at this point and I email them again alerting them. FIVE days later again I get an email saying they’ll ship it to the correct address… it’s been over a week… no updates… no nothing. I ordered this stuff three weeks ago.
