Whatever they use to cash you out on their website is slightly defective. Last time I ordered from them I lived in a different state than I do currently. I added the product to bag and as soon as I hit “checkout” I was not taken to a page that reviews shipping address or payment method, but immediately to a page that said “thank you for your order!”. I didn’t even know what card they used to charge me. As such my order went through for the incorrect address. I emailed them right away. They got back to me FIVE days later, saying they’ll try to fix it. Update: they never fixed it and I got an alert that USPS returned to sender. So it’s been about a week at this point and I email them again alerting them. FIVE days later again I get an email saying they’ll ship it to the correct address… it’s been over a week… no updates… no nothing. I ordered this stuff three weeks ago.

Coucou Intimates is one of my absolute favourite brands. The focus on sustainability, 100% cotton fabrics, and timeless, vintage-inspired designs really set them apart in a world of fast fashion. Every piece I own feels incredibly comfortable, thoughtfully made, and very flattering.My favourite is the Rina Longsleeve in black — versatile, effortless, and beautifully vintage-feeling. As a student, Coucou pieces are definitely an investment for me, but every item feels completely worth it. You can truly feel the care and intention behind the brand!
Delivery went smoothly, but I had an issue with the product. Their items are very beautiful… until you actually put them on. The gusset is so narrow that I honestly can’t imagine what size woman this was made for. And no, I didn’t choose a size that’s too small - the waistband is actually a bit loose on me. The lace trim and the stitching quality are simply awful. In the very area that should sit against the outer genital area, there are tons of loose threads sticking out, and the lace is sewn on top of the cotton gusset. The lace edging along the sides irritates my skin terribly. I literally itch nonstop whenever I wear these. This is really disappointing, because with this pricing and with all the marketing about organic cotton and underwear made for women I expected a completely different experience. I regret this purchase so much 😞 Spending €150 on underwear I ultimately can’t wear was a stupid mistake.
Purchased for my daughter for Christmas and didn't receive it for Christmas. Date of purchase: 10th December. Arrived on 30th December. Everything else I've bought internationally has arrived within a week, but Cou Cou was cheap with postage and sent my Christmas gift to my daughter on economy postage
they are absolutely amazing they send fast and the underwear has AMAZING quality! i sadly got one thong that wasn’t true to size so i emailed them and i got a fast reply and they immediately wanted to send me replacement which was send the next day! i definitely recommend coucou for their amazing product and extreamly good client help:))
I can see a lot of reviews speaking about bad customer service and returns.Honestly something changed in this company, because i had to return things 3 times to find what fits me best, and all times they accepted the return super quick and sent the items next day with express delivery which was arriving next day.Honestly in my entire life i have never received a better customer service, and i love all the items from them. Yes you have to pay for postage to return, but no mater if it's even one item, they will delivery back for free and real quick.Thank you Asya and Hannah for all the assistance, i repeat i never in my life had such good customer service despite all the reviews claiming it's scam, i received all my items and loving them to bits ❤️
