Don’t bother if you might need to return or exchange. The products themselves are amazing but the customer service is awful. No one ever gets back to you unless you reach out on instagram which is odd. I’ve been waiting nearly 2 months for a return and had originally tried disputing it but was told the return wasn’t going through because of the dispute so I had to cancel that. Did it and still no refund. Reached out, and they didn’t have a clue. Reached out about 3 more times and still no answer or refund. Actually ridiculous and a bit scammy.
