THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. my package was no where to be found and their customer service failed to assist me. it’s been almost a week since it was claimed delivered and they’re response to me was that “it was marked delivered pre-maturely and that it should arrive the next business day.” Next business day came and it never arrived. I wanted so much to love their stuff but they are so awful! Never trusting them again.
