Initially, the service was helpful, but over the years, my client referrals have decreased significantly. They seem to have lost focus on connecting clients with therapists, which was my primary reason for joining. Their response to my concerns was rather cold, suggesting I leave if I wasn't satisfied instead of improving their service. It seems they don't prioritize individual dissatisfaction, as their business appears to be growing. I'm quite disappointed and will seek alternatives.
