This company engages in deceptive practices, trapping unsuspecting customers in a one-sided, fraudulent agreement designed solely to exploit and cheat people out of their money.After I purchased their so-called "holiday plan," I quickly realized it was not at all what I was promised. The agreement is a clear scam, as it is entirely biased in favor of the company and offers no real protections or guarantees for the customer. Despite the assurances I was given during the sales pitch, the agreement doesn't hold them accountable for any of the promises made—essentially, it exists to protect only them.When I decided to cancel the policy the very next day, as I was no longer interested, I was met with refusal and complete non-cooperation. Despite canceling within 24 hours, I have not received any refund or acknowledgment of my request. This is outright theft, as they have taken my money without providing any service, and now they're refusing to refund me.I strongly advise anyone considering their services to avoid signing any agreements or purchasing their plans.
